The present invention relates to a resin composition and an optical film formed by the same, specifically to a copolymer resin composition obtained by polymerizing (a) a (meth)acryloyl morpholin based monomer, (b) a maleimide based monomer, and (c) an alkyl (meth)acrylate based monomer, and an optical film using the same. The resin composition by the present invention has excellent optical properties and optical transparency, and is capable of providing a film with less amount of haze, excellent mechanical strength, reduced coefficient of expansion for decreasing a dimensional change, and less value change of a phase difference by external stress. |
