摘要 A bending moment assembly for simulating the tube geometry of an existing nuclear reactor includes at least one pair of rigid leverage members to be coupled with at least a portion of a tube. The radially inward portions of the members are secured to the outer surface of the tube. The members are axially spaced apart on the tube and are extended radially away from the tube. A flexible bending moment actuator is extended between the radially outward portions of the leverage members for applying force to the gap between the radially outward portions. Force between the outward portions displaces the outward portions relative to each other for applying moment to the tube extended to the gap between the radially inward portions to flexibly deflect the tube. The bending moment assembly may be coupled with a mock-up assembly. The bending moment assembly may be coupled with the inner surface of the tube.
