PURPOSE: A thermoforming dome sheet integrated with a waveguide sheet for a key pad and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify an assembly process by integrating the waveguide sheet with the thermoforming dome sheet using an adhesion method. CONSTITUTION: A thermoforming sheet is formed by integrating a base sheet(200b) with a waveguide sheet(300) by a coating method or an adhering method. A metal pattern sheet is formed on the upper side of the base sheet. A thermoforming dome sheet fixes the protrusive thermoforming sheet with a dome shape. |
