PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image display device is provided to maintain three-dimensional brightness regardless of the head tilting of a viewer using polarized glasses and to prevent a three-dimensional cross-talk phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic image display device(100) includes a main display panel(110), an auxiliary display panel(120), a light source(130), and a pair of polarized glasses(140). The main display panel alternately displays a left image and a right image. The auxiliary display panel converts the linear polarization of the left image or right image incident from the main display panel into circular polarization. The light source supplies light to the rear of the main display panel. The pair of polarized glasses implements a stereoscopic image by selectively allowing the left image and right image, projected from the auxiliary display panel, to pass through according to the polarization state of the images. |
