PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit checking apparatus in which trouble in a control circuit and a DC power unit can be found easily without stopping the DC power unit and a load device, and a control circuit checking method. SOLUTION: A control circuit checking apparatus 1 measures a test-time power supply voltage V0' at the side of a DC power unit 3 and a test-time load voltage V2' at the side of a load device 4 in timing t3 when it is determined that a power supply current I0' is matched to the sum of a normal-time power supply current I0 and a test current I2. On the basis of the test-time power supply voltage V0', the test-time load voltage V2' and resistance (resistance Rp and resistance Rn) of a control circuit, it is determined whether or not the control circuit and the DC power unit 3 normally operate.
