PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amusements of a game while reporting that it is a game state advantageous to a player. SOLUTION: At the end of a big winning game state, a performance of reporting the number of times of variable display of a special symbol game which can be executed at chance time is executed. At the time, the number of times of the variable display smaller than the number of times of the special symbol game which can be actually executed at the chance time can be reported according to a variable display number-of-times pattern. Thereafter, when the number of times of the variable display counted by a chance time counter of a main substrate reaches the number of times of the variable display reported at the end of the big winning game state, a specific variable display pattern is selectively determined. In a display control board, a variable display device for instance is made to execute various kinds of performance display as the performance for reporting that the continuation of the chance time is to be controlled during the variable display based on a variable display pattern control signal in which a specific variable display pattern is designated.
