The lamp (1) has a carrying profile (2) that is extended in a longitudinal direction (L) at a wall or a ceiling. The instrument carrier (3) is attached to a lighting unit (4) and a reflector (5). The reflector is located in a reflector cross sectional profile having a base wall (6) and two side walls (7) protruded form the base wall. One of the side walls is spaced from the reflector arranged with a spaced diffuser (8). The spaced diffuser is releasably attached to the reflector by an attachment unit (9).
