An apparatus for forming an imprint soft mold is provided to remove foam included in material before a curing process by including a defoaming device. An apparatus for forming an imprint soft mold(M) includes a worktable(S), a forming plate(4), a material supply unit(6), a first driving unit(8), a material curing unit(10), and a second driving unit(12). The forming plate has a forming space(F) and is positioned on the worktable. The material supply unit coats an inside of the forming space while forming material(W) through a coating nozzle(N). The first driving unit changes a coating position of the nozzle on the worktable. The material curing unit cures the forming material inside the forming space with a curing heater(H). The second driving unit changes a curing position of the curing heater on the worktable. |
