PURPOSE: A hydrophilic coating composition is provided to improve resistance to temperature and moisture while maintaining hydrophilicity, to be easily handled in process, and to make long-term and large-amounts storage possible. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic entry sheet coating composition comprises a water-soluble resin mixture in which amine-neutralized acryl resin and hydrophilic urethane resin are mixed, and zinc stearate. The amine-neutralized acryl resin and hydrophilic urethane resin are mixed with the weight ratio of 1:2-1:3. The comprised amount of the zinc stearate is 2-10 weight% based on the solid phase of the coating composition. On an entry sheet, the entry sheet coating composition is coated on one side or both sides of the metal foil.
