<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome preparation having excellent preservability and containing a tocopheryl phosphate. <P>SOLUTION: The dry liposome preparation includes a tocopheryl phosphate ester represented by formula 1 (wherein R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each selected from hydrogen and sodium and at least one of them is sodium) or its salt and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone). Especially liposome is preferably formed from a soybean-derived phospholipid or a hydrogenated phospholipid. The drying is preferably carried out by a freeze-drying method. When the dried liposome preparation is dissolved in an aqueous preparation and used, the preparation is preferably mixed with a saccharide by taking solubility in the dissolution into account. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
