<p>Disclosed is a solar cell module, which includes: a substrate (11); a power generating region (A), which is configured with a multilayer body (12) having a first electrode layer (13), a power generating layer (14), and a second electrode layer (15) sequentially stacked on the substrate (11), and which has two cell end portions (30); a plurality of solar cells (21), which are formed by partitioning the power generating region (A) by means of scribe lines (20), and are electrically connected in series; a plurality of grooves (22), which extend in the direction that intersects the scribe lines (20), and have at least the power generating layer (14) and the second electrode layer (15) removed therefrom; first areas (A1), which extend toward the center of the power generating region (A) from the cell end portions (30), and has a width of 1/4 of the length of the power generating region (A) in the direction parallel to the scribe lines (20); and a second area (A2) which is disposed at the center of the power generating region (A), between the first areas (A1). The grooves (22) include two first grooves (22a), which are formed in the first areas (A1) and are adjacent to the two cell end portions (30), respectively. The interval between the cell end portion (30) and each of the first grooves (22a) is smaller than the interval between the two first grooves (22a).</p> |
