PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball shooting device, capable of providing a high speed to return a hammer to a static position and reducing required time to stop at the static position, and a game machine equipped with the Pachinko ball shooting device. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball shooting device 200 includes: a rotary solenoid including a rotor 205 including a magnetic member having a plurality of arm-shaped parts 202, 203, and 204, where the plurality of the arm-shaped parts are in an angular range of about 180 deg., a stator 206 including a yoke having the same number of magnetic pole faces as the number of the arm-shaped parts of the rotor 205, and a coil wound around the yoke; and the hammer 209 including a magnetic member on a rotating shaft of the rotor 205. On a stand-by position for the hammer 209 when voltage is not applied to the coil, a magnet 251 to stop an end part 209b of the hammer 209 at one end of the stand-by position, and a stand-by time stopper 261 including an elastic member to stop a ball striking part 209a at the other end of the stand-by position are provided.
