The machine (F) has a ventilation system (12) including a fan (13) switched on and off automatically depending on demand via a machine control (8) or ventilation system control (8'). A measuring device (16) is situated in a region of a material hopper (4), a longitudinal conveyor (10), a screed (2) and a sucking region. The machine control is linked with a construction site management system for providing information on material mixture types, material mixture temperatures, laying temperatures, compaction settings, screed heating temperatures, operating modes and machine functions. The ventilation system is an on-board ventilation system. The measuring device is a temperature sensor. An independent claim is also included for a method for laying a material mixture to be rolled on a foundation by a road finishing machine. |
