<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout with an opener which shows excellent air displacement, is capable of achieving a sufficient flow of a beverage, and is capable of enlarging a clogged part such as a punched hole up to a diameter larger than the diameter of the punched hole even when the paper is thick. <P>SOLUTION: The spout 1 with an opener includes an annular side wall 6 covering the opening 15a of a vessel body 12 covered with a clogging film 14a and fixed to the vessel body 12, a top surface wall extending to the upper end of the annular side wall 6, and the opener 3 downward extending from the inner circumferential surface of the top surface wall and mounted just above the opening. The top surface wall contains a connection part on the outer circumferential side and a center pressing part connected to the inner circumferential end of the connection part. The opener 3 is downward pressed and moved to be connected to the connection part so that the clogging film can be broken and includes a main part 20 downward extending from the center pressing part of the top surface wall and having a cutting part at the tip end, a plurality of wings 18 each extending radially in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the main part, and a branch part 19 outward extending from the end of each wing 18 in the radial direction to at least two directions.
