<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of easily refilling a content into another container and being easily discarded, and to provide a package using the container. <P>SOLUTION: A funnel part 708a having a funnel 720a is fitted into the opening end 711 of a cylindrical packaging container 702a. The funnel part 708a has the same curvature as a curved face constituted on the inner peripheral edge 714 of a curling 712 and has a deformed outer face, and includes a locking member 721 being brought into contact with the inner peripheral edge of the curling 712 and a connecting member 722 for connecting the locking member 721 to the funnel 720a. As movement of the funnel 720a into a container body 710a is prevented by bringing the locking member 721 into contact with the curling 712, fitting condition of the funnel 720a to the container body 710a is stabilized. In addition, as the funnel part 708a and the container body 710a are not joined together, the funnel part 708a can be pulled out of the container body 710a and can be easily separated therefrom after use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
