A method for adjusting a vehicle seat 10 comprising the steps: folding and displacing the seat 10, wherein the folding and the displacing are coupled with one another, so that on a folding, the seat 10 is displaced into a folding position. In another aspect, a vehicle seat 10 for carrying out said method. In yet another aspect, a vehicle comprising at least one row of seats (20) with at least one seat arrangement that is constructed as a seat 10. Preferably, the seat 10 has means comprising a seat structure 11, at least one seat track 14, and at least one pivot 1, in order to ensure a displacing and folding of the seat 10 wherein the means comprise in addition a control mechanism by which on a folding of the seat 10, a displacing of the seat 10 is controlled into a folding position. |
