PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a width in a nozzle trains arrangement direction of a recording head becomes large when the nozzle trains are arranged so as to reduce bidirectional color difference. SOLUTION: The liquid discharge head comprises nozzle trains 11-1, 11-4 which discharge liquid droplets of the same color from all nozzles 10, nozzle trains 11-2, 11-3 which are separated into a plurality of nozzle groups 12a, 12b, 12c in a nozzle arrangement direction for discharging liquid droplets of colors different from that of the nozzle trains 11-1, 11-4 and different between the nozzle groups from each nozzle groups 12a, 12b, 12c, the first common liquid chamber 13 corresponding to the nozzle trains 11-1, 11-4, and the second common liquid chamber train 14 having the second common liquid chambers 14a, 14b, 14c corresponding to each nozzle groups 12a, 12b, 12c of the nozzle trains 11-3, 11-4 arranged in the nozzle arrangement direction.
