A method of controlling an air-cooled refrigerator, a system of controlling the air-cooled refrigerator and an air-cooled refrigerator comprising the system are provided. The air-cooled refrigerator comprises a refrigerating compartment, a refrigerating evaporator, and a refrigerating fan for circulating an air between the refrigerating evaporator and the refrigerating compartment.
