<p>The invention relates to a system for converting wind flow energy into mechanical, thermodynamic and/or electrical energy, comprising driving means (12, 22) for driving an energy buffer and/or an energy converter; a wind engaging member (11, 21) connected to the driving means (12, 22); and steering means (15) for steering the wind engaging member (11, 21) in such a way that it moves the driving means (12, 22) in a see-saw manner. The invention further relates to a method for converting wind flow energy into mechanical, thermodynamic and/or electrical energy, the method comprising repeatedly steering a wind engaging member (11, 21) in a direction substantially perpendicular to a wind direction, thereby effecting a driving means (12, 22), connected to the wind engaging member (11, 21), to move in a see-saw manner.</p> |
