PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop of the flash point of a silicone liquid by removing a low molecular weight and low boiling-point decomposition product that is produced due to the thermal deterioration of the silicone liquid, in a stationary induction apparatus of a transformer or the like having an insulating/cooling medium made of silicone liquid. SOLUTION: The stationary induction apparatus is formed by immersing an iron core and a winding wound around the iron core in an insulating/cooling medium within a tank. It is provided with a decomposition product removal mechanism which removes a decomposition product that is produced due to thermal deterioration of the silicone liquid during operation and is discharged to a gas phase part.
