The present invention is a conning tower cover provided at a sail of a submarine, includes a conning tower cover provided at the sail. The conning tower cover is opened and closed by an integrally provided watertight motor, a power unit supplying power to the watertight motor, and a control unit controlling the watertight motor which is installed at a fixed position on the inner wall of the upper part of the sail at which the conning tower cover is located. A rotary shaft of the watertight motor is connected integrally to a support stand supporting the conning tower cover, and the drive power of the watertight motor is used to open and close the conning tower cover. The submarine conning tower according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to facilitate the operation by having an extremely simple configuration in comparison with existing interlock devices and to expect the effect in reducing man hours for production and design because the watertight motor is integrally formed in the conning tower cover and the cover can be opened by the operation of the watertight motor. The present invention also works for reducing fluid noise and resistance at the sail in comparison with existing 209 class submarines by installing the conning tower cover. |
