PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for creating learner word pad and memorization study using the learner word pad are provided to test students according to learning schedules. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(20) inputs the operation of a learner. An electronic dictionary database(14) has a self-describing information on at least one item about entry words. A learner storing part(16) stores learner profile and learner word pad. A learner word pad managing part(15) registers vocabularies in a learner word pad. A scheduling part(17) generates learning schedules. A repetition learning part(18) provides a learner with a learning screen.
