The present invention relates to a system and method for accessing distribution-oriented data. That is, the system of the present invention includes: a first operating unit which registers one or more operating units operating each legacy system as slave units to form a domain for processing a first process, and collects additional data from a slave unit forming a corresponding domain according to the first process; and a second operating unit which registers one or more operating units operating each legacy system as slave units to form a domain for processing a second process, and collects additional data from a slave unit forming a corresponding domain according to the second process. At least one of the slave units registered with the first operating unit is registered with the second operating unit, and provides additional data corresponding to the first and second processes, respectively, thereby enabling multipurpose processes as well as a single purpose process. |
