PURPOSE: A local area network, a wireless power transmission system, and a method thereof are provided to simultaneously perform a local area network and wireless power transmission and perform the transmission of information and power. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit (100) allocates power. The transmission unit encodes and modulates transmission information. The transmission unit transmits a transmission signal and power through the mutual induction property of a magnetic field to at least one coil antenna. A receiver (150) receives the transmission signal and the power to at least one second coil antenna. The receiver stores the power. The receiver restores the transmission information by demodulating and decoding the transmission signal.
