<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic system for working machine, which reduces man-hours of a failure diagnostic work and improve the efficiency thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal apparatus 17 is connected through a communication line network 16 to a server 15s of a management part 15. The server 15s is connected through a radio communication network 14 to a controller 25 for dynamic state management which relays data between a network in a working machine M designated by the terminal apparatus 17 and the radio communication network 14. It is confirmed whether the terminal apparatus 17 and the working machine M designated by the terminal apparatus 17 are properly connected through the server 15s. Only when the confirmation is completed, failure diagnosis software is started on the terminal apparatus 17, and troubleshooting of the working machine M through the controller 25 for dynamic state management of the designated working machine M is permitted and executed from the terminal apparatus 17 through the communication line network 16, the server 15s, and the radio communication network 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
