PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid composition excellent in thermal stability, especially in wet-heat stability, and to provide a method for producing the composition and a molded article of the composition. SOLUTION: This composition includes 100 pts.wt. of polylactic acid (component A), 0.001-5 pts.wt. of phosphono fatty acid ester (component B), 0.01-5 pts.wt. of phosphoric acid ester metal salt (component C), 2-100 pts.wt. of an impact modifier (component D), and 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a terminal blocking agent (component E).
