PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball feeder and Pachinko game machine including the ball feeder, which prevents a fraudulence on the board surface of a game board conducted by using a game ball with a thread, by devising a constitution of feeding a game ball from a ball tray to a ball shooting device. SOLUTION: A ball guide passage 33 which is connected between the ball aligning part 32 of the ball tray 30 and a ball introduction port 61a of a U-shaped recess, is formed so as to project in a U-shape in the opposite direction of a game ball shooting direction in the bending passage part 33d of the passage. In the ball feeder, the ball feeding port 71c of a casing member 70 is positioned by rightward and diagonally downward deviation from the ball introduction port of a bottom wall 61 in the U-shaped recess 60. A ball introduction passage is formed so as to have a whole length and a vertical cross section which are required to allow two game balls to be aligned in one row inside the casing member 70.
