A display device includes a display unit which includes a plurality of pixels which are connected to a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of scan driving blocks which are connected to the scan lines and apply a plurality of scan signals, an ESD unit which protects the scan driving blocks from electrostatic charges, an AC source unit which supplies a first power voltage which is changed into a logic high level and a logic low level to the scan driving blocks through a first power voltage wire when a plurality of pixels are inspected, and a DC source unit which supplies a second power voltage of the logic high level to the ESD unit through a second power voltage wire. The inspection efficiency of a pixel is improved by simultaneously emitting light from the scan driving blocks which are included in a scan driving device and the malfunction of an ESD protection circuit is prevented.
