The present invention relates to an underwater vehicle with a swimmer transportation vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an underwater vehicle with a swimmer transportation vehicle which can minimize resistance due to the sailing of the underwater vehicle by loading the swimmer transportation vehicle inside an upper casing of the underwater vehicle. The present invention comprises: a loading space formed inside the upper casing of the underwater vehicle; a cover hinge-coupled to one side of the underwater vehicle to be able to open and close the loading space and coupled to the upper casing; a holder integrated on the inner surface of the cover to load the swimmer transportation vehicle; a spring absorber having one end hinge-coupled to the inner surface of the cover and the other end hinge-coupled to one side of a pressure hull positioning inside the loading space; a support stopper installed in one side of the pressure hull to be positioned inside the loading space to support the holder inserted into the loading space; an opening stopper installed in the other side of the pressure hull to be positioned inside the loading space to come in contact with and support the bottom of the cover when the loading space is opened; and a fixing part for fixing the cover on the upper casing.
