<p>The device has a cooling aggregate (5), and a usage area (2) cooled by the cooling aggregate. A part of the usage area is formed by a low-pressure container (9). A vacuum pump (10) is provided for generating low-pressure in an inner area of the container, where the container has a sensor e.g. pressure, temperature or gas sensor. A coupling connects the container with the pump and has two parts connected with one another, where one of the parts has a check valve.
