Disclosed are a navigation device, a vehicle control system using the same, and a method thereof. The navigation device comprises: a communication unit including a location information receiving module; a storage unit storing map data, road information, and traffic information; an interface unit connected to a control device of a vehicle; and a control unit obtaining surrounding geographic information and environment information from the obtained information, the map data, and the road information obtained in the location information receiving module, determining whether the vehicle enters a warning section or not using the obtained geographic information and the environment information, and controlling a vehicle controlling command signal in order to be transmitted to the control device of the vehicle for controlling either a posture of a driver or a vehicle posture when the vehicle enters the warning section.
