The present invention relates to a hot water tank of a fuel cell system, having a heat exchanger, specifically, to a hot water tank partitioning the inner space into a high temperature region, a middle temperature region, and a lower temperature region. The hot water tank comprises: a water tank having a sealed container shape; first and second partition walls dividing the water tank into high, middle and low temperature regions horizontally; a hot water inflow pipe formed in the lower part of the middle temperature region inside of the high and middle temperature regions; a heat exchanger comprising a hot water ejecting pipe formed in the upper part of the high temperature region; a heating water collecting pipe formed in the lower part of the high temperature region; a heating water ejecting pipe formed in the upper part of the high temperature region; a system water inflow pipe formed in the upper part of the high temperature region; and a system water ejecting pipe formed in the lower part of the middle temperature region.
