A storage facility for rainwater permeating through a roadside according to the present invention includes a preprocessing tank in which the rainwater flows; an upper structure outpouring the rainwater outpoured from the preprocessing tank to a lower structure; an overflow tank drawing in the rainwater exceeding a capacity the upper structure can contain and outpouring the rainwater to the lower structure; and the lower structure enabling the rainwater to permeate a basement by storing the rainwater.
