METHOD FOR TEMPORARY ENDOSCOPIC OBTURATION OF PERFORATION IN PATIENT WITH PERFORATIVE GASTRIC CANCER

The method for the temporary endoscopic obturation of perforation in the patient with perforative gastric cancer comprises the insertion of the catheter-obturator into the stomach and the obturation of the perforation. The manipulations are performed endoscopically with the gastroscope and biopsy forceps. Fogarty catheter used as the obturator is inserted transnasally into the stomach. The perforation is catheterized and plugged by inflating the balloon of the catheter.
