A method for the production of ordinary pink table low oxidized wine comprises stemming and grapes breakage, wort infusion on fiber, separation of wort from fiber, wort clarification by sedimentation, wort fermentation on pure culture yeast, collage of wine material with its subsequent decanting and filtering, low-temperature treatment, filtering at the cooling temperature, with subsequent rest and sterile bottling of the finished wine, addition of antioxidant preparations. Yeast glutathione and gall tannin are used as antioxidant preparations. |
