A method for making a loaf with a filling includes kneading dough, preparing the filling, forming the product and baking thereof. Two half-finished products are made of yeast dough with double kneading, connected with the filling, where the lower half-finished product is made as a whole product, and the upper – as a net one, each of the dough half-finished products is prepared of the composition, comprising flour, a sugar-containing substance, margarine, vanilla, egg, milk, and the filling is made of the composition, comprising boiled jams, slightly boiled and coated pieces of fruits. |
