METHOD FOR TREATING CUTANEOUS-MUSCULAR WOUNDS IN SPITE OF DEFICIT OF DONOR RESOURCES

The method for treating the cutaneous-muscular wounds in spite of the deficit of donor resources comprises the isolation of fibroblasts and early necrectomies. The mixture of keratinocytes and fibroblasts isolated from the skin of the patient is exposed to the enzymes. The skin is separated into derma and epidermis followed by the direct transplantation onto the wound with immobilization into the structured matrix. The biological or non-adherent bandages are used for graft protection.
