FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft radio masking by electron beam. It includes high-, medium- and low-vacuum lock chambers with getter and condensation pumps. Low-vacuum lock chamber is communicated with separation chamber including vessel containing vapours of a substance not being decomposed by electron beam into components. Ejector is arranged at device outlet, at beam escape axis, while electrode gun with emitter is located at opposite end. Low-vacuum chamber accommodates deflector composed of thin flat buffer plates with central bores for electron beam passage. Said plates are arranged perpendicular to lock chamber axis and spaced apart and from separation chamber by distance equal to 2-3 diameters of the opening communicating separation chamber with low-vacuum chamber. Last plate stays at the distance of 4-6 diameters of the same opening from separation chamber opening.EFFECT: decreased sulfur flow to electron gun emitter, decreased weight and sizes, higher reliability.2 cl, 2 dwg |
