The present invention relates to a preheating device for a torpedo ladle car to protect the eyes of workers who observe flames on the surface of a torpedo ladle car with the naked eyes by using a base part adjacent to the torpedo ladle car; a heating part on the base part for heating the torpedo ladle car by belching out fire to heat the torpedo ladle car; and a sensing part on the base part for measuring the surficial temperature of the torpedo ladle car heated by the heating part.
