The present invention relates to a non-contact transfer guide. The non-contact transfer guide comprises a base; a pair of guides which are aligned at upper both sides of the base; and a transfer table which is placed in the upper side of the pair of guides where a transfer block is mounted in the inner side of the guides in the lower side thereof. The guide is formed in a concave shape where the center part of inner surfaces at both sides protrudes, and has a first magnet group where a first levitation force generating magnet is included at the center part of the inner bottom surface of the guide, a pair of left and right torsion preventing magnets formed in pair and installed at both sides, and first up and down torsion prevention magnets are installed at the center part of the inner surface of the both protruding sides and the upper side respectively by facing each other. The transfer block is formed in a convex shape where the center of both side surfaces are concave, and has a second magnet group where a second levitation force generating magnet is included on the center part of the bottom in order to has the same center as the first levitation force generating magnet, second left and right torsion preventing magnets are installed toward the first left and right torsion preventing magnets on both sides, and second up and down torsion prevention magnets are installed toward the first up and down torsion prevention magnets on the concave unit in the center of both sides and the upper side respectively. |
