According to the method of the present invention for manufacturing a monocrystalline gold-silver alloy nanowire, a gold nanowire is formed on a substrate. Silver in the vapor phase is supplied onto the gold nanowire. A nanowire having a gold-silver alloy structure is formed by means of a vapor phase growth process so as to manufacture a nanowire having excellent chemical stability and surface plasmon characteristics. |
