摘要 FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of crown bits, diamond bits, cylindrical diamond drill bits, etc. Split non-expandable graphite sleeve with groove cut over its OD is fitted inside tool cylindrical body. Said sleeve is pressed against tool body inner surface. Then, diamond-bearing or carbide elements with flux and solder applied thereon are arranged in turns over groove side surface. Said elements are pressed against tool body face. Ellipse-shape inductor is used wherein the length of larger inner diagonal is 1.3-1.8 times larger then soldered element length.
