FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to psychiatry and medical psychology. Patients with neurotic disorders at the background of psychopharmacotherapy in combinations with different types of psychotherapy - family, rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral, are demonstrated visual stimuli of "Drawn apperception test" by L.N.Sobchik. Test includes 8 thematic pictures, showing situations of interpersonal interaction of 2-3 contour figures of indefinite sex and age, modified into the form of video series, consisting of picture of one type on 9 colour backgrounds, 2 of which are achromatic - white and gray and 7 are chromatic - rainbow colours. Duration of demonstration of one picture on 9 colour backgrounds is 5 min, for one session. Session duration is 2 hours with group discussion of creative solution of way out of situation, depicted on picture, after each session, with course constituting 8 sessions.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of rehabilitation, increase life quality.2 dwg, 1 ex |
