FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Accommodation with cycloplegic means is stopped and correction of ametropia by autorefractometry is carried out until emmetropia state is achieved. Text, corresponding to vision acuity 0.7 is shown and step-by-step application of positive spherical lenses, starting with +0.5 Dpt with 0.5 step is carried out. Optic power of minimal positive lens required for reading is determined. Estimation of pseudoaccommodation volume is calculated as difference between optic power of lens +3.0 Dpt, required for reading from the distance of 33 cm and optic power of minimal positive spherical lens, required for possibility of text reading.EFFECT: method ensures determination of orthokeratologic correction efficiency in order to elaborate further tactics of monitoring patient.1 ex |
