The present invention relates to a roller for forming a floor mat and a floor mat manufacturing method using the same. More specifically, to manufacture a roller mold having a shape suitable for each model of vehicles at low costs, enable mass production in a short time by performing compression molding by a roller, and prevent hindrance of cutting and sewing workability at rims, a floor mat forming roller comprises: an original plate (10) which includes a plurality of grooves (11) formed on metal surface on a flat plate, and which forms a groove group according as the plurality of grooves are arranged in a form corresponding to at least one floor mat; and a roller (20) for forming a floor mat, wherein the original plate is wound around the outer periphery of the roller to be fixated and to be detachable. In addition, a floor mat manufacturing method is provided, the method comprising the steps of: supplying fabrics (110) between the roller wound by the original plate and a pressure roller (30) installed in parallel with the roller; overlapping the fabric and synthetic resin by injecting synthetic resin melt between the pressure roller and the roller to which the fabric is supplied, and manufacturing a molding mat (100) such that at least one projection (121) group arranged in a floor mat form by the groove group of the roller can be formed on the synthetic resin layer; and manufacturing a mat (100') by cutting the rim of the projection group. |
