<p>The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device including the same. The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention lowers the driving voltage of devices and can produce OLED devices with improved power efficiency. The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention improves luminous efficiency and lifetime.</p>
