<p>An LED lighting device driven by an alternating current power according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an LED module which is arranged by being divided into a first LED group and a second LED group which includes at least one LED lamp respectively; an alternating current power source unit to supply an alternating current power to the LED module; a transformer receiving the alternating current power from a primary coil connected to the alternating current power source unit and then converting the received alternating current power into a driving voltage required in driving the LED module; and a driving control part which receives the driving voltage from the transformer as being connected to the secondary part of the transformer, and controls to turn on and off the LED lamp of the first LED group and the second LED group in turn, by outputting a positive voltage and a negative voltage of the inputted driving voltage to the first LED group and the second LED group in turn.
