The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating high concentration organic wastewater and high concentration nitrogenous wastewater, which is characterized by comprising a reaction bath composed of an aeration reaction tub treating high concentration organic wastewater in the inflow water with microorganisms, and a denitrification reaction tub treating high concentration nitrogenous wastewater in the inflow water with microorganisms; a diffuser generating fine air bubbles from the air supplied from a blower installed outside the reaction bath; an activation confirmation bath installed inside the aeration reaction tub and confirming the activation of microorganisms; a settling bath receiving the wastewater treated from the aeration tub and the denitrification reaction tub, settling the microorganism sludge, returning the microorganism sludge to the aeration tub and the denitrification reaction tub, and discharging the supernatant; a connection pipe supplying a part of high concentration organic wastewater transferred to the aeration reaction tub to the denitrification reaction tub so as to be used as an organic carbon source, and supplying a part of high concentration nitrogenous wastewater transferred to the denitrification reaction tub to the aeration reaction tub so as to be used as a nitrogen source; and a PC control device monitoring and controlling the measuring instrument equipped in the activation confirmation bath.
