The present invention relates to a variable compression ratio apparatus, which is mounted on an engine, for changing a compression ratio of a mixer comprising: a crank shaft; a connecting rod, which is connected with the crank shaft to be able to be rotated; a first and a second eccentricity link, which is installed in both sides of the connecting rod respectively, and which is installed to be able to be rotated since the piston pin is eccentricity in one end; a first and a second branch, which is formed since one end is branched into both parts; a swing link where the first and the second branch are connected to the other end of the first and the second eccentricity link respectively to be able to be rotated; and a controlling device for controlling the swing link. The crank shaft includes a crank journal, which is supported to be able to be rotated in a cylinder block of the engine; a crank pin where the connecting rod is connected to be able to be rotated; and a crank arm which connects the crank journal and the crank pin. The crank arm includes a guide surface, which is formed at a constant thickness in an inner peripheral surface in order to slid move the first and the second branch of the swing link. |
