FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages for eggs. The object of the invention is to increase the operational reliability due to increasing the flexural rigidity of the tray to increase the reliability of the eggs preservation and to reduce the risk of damage to the package at the local loading. Package for eggs comprises a base connected to the lid along the line of inflection in the form of a tray of rectangular shape in the plan, in which two rows of cells of semi-ellipsoid shape are made, separated by walls with a cylindrical base for placing the eggs; in the tray located between the cells there are dividing stops made in the form of at least two protrusions with the height above the tray flange, between the cells the gaps are formed, and the dampers on the cell walls are made in the form of protrusions elongated in the direction from the bottom upwards along the wall of each cell, directed inwards the cells; at that along the perimetre of the tray a reinforcement rib is made in the form of a flange. The lid is made in the form of an open from the bottom container in the form of a truncated square pyramid with rounded corners and edges and with the flange along the perimetre, and the lid end sides are made with bulges in the form of a segment of an ellipsoid, which longitudinal axes coincide with the longitudinal axes of the cells of the bottom part, in the lid two cavities are provided. The bottom of each cell is made convex inside the cell to form an additional damper, the gaps between the cells are formed by descent of the walls between the cells in the form of arc-like concavities, the end walls of the lid and tray are made with descent of the flange to form channels for air exchange with the lid closed and the contact of the flange of the lid and the tray; and under each descent of the tray flange a protrusion is made along this descent, in the lid two transversally extending cavities are provided, forming protrusions directed inwards for support on the dividing stops in the tray with the lid closed, the flange on the tray is made stepped-shaped, and the flange on the lid is made of the response form. At that in the place of connection of the valve with the tray on the outer surface of the valve a thickening is made repeating the shape of the flange of the tray. A latch mechanism is a valve connected to the tray to along the line of inflection, on which the protrusions are formed, and the slits for these protrusions are made in the sidewall of the lid to accommodate the valve inside the lid along this sidewall and entrance of the protrusions to the slots while resting of the flange of the lid to the flange of the tray and thickening of the valve.EFFECT: increase in operational reliability due to increasing the flexural rigidity of the tray to increase the reliability of the preservation of eggs and reduction of risk of damage to the package at the local loading.3 cl, 9 dwg |
